Our keynote speaker, Andy Hornbuckle, CEO of Atlan Stormwater, will share insights and case studies on how stormwater sustainability and quality are paramount to effective circular economies going forward.

Joined by Kurt Jensen & Andre Magar, this webinar course will discuss the advancements of innovative solutions providing exceptional outcomes, whilst preserving land and providing councils with generational assets that are manageable and cost-effective to maintain.

Andy Hornbuckle

CEO

Andy has expertise in Civil Engineering, Biosystems Engineering and Bioengineering and has been associated with SPEL since 2008.  His mission is to engender and maintain a culture of ingenuity within SPEL that continuously contributes to improving Australia’s water and wastewater quality and compliance standards.

Andy is deeply passionate about this industry, investing a lot of time into the strategy planning, research and funding of water quality improvement technology and water sensitive urban design measures. 

Kurt Jensen

Vic & Tas General Manager

Kurt Jensen is a passionate, results-driven engineering professional with more than 12 years of experience in stormwater treatment and management.

Kurt’s expertise in water quality treatment and his ability to bring in other individuals from within his organisation with different expertise greatly increases a client’s ability to develop a detailed concept plan for their project.

Andre Magar

National Engineering
Team Manager

Andre is the National Engineering Team Manager for SPEL Stormwater and his role mainly focuses on collaborating with consultants, councils, and authorities to implement viable effective treatment solutions across Australia.

Andre is passionate about advocacy and is currently serving as the Acting Vice President of the Stormwater NSW Association.
